The Workshop tab in Settings defines your business identity: the details that appear on every document, your branding and your fiscal settings. Only the administrator can change this information.
Workshop information
Under Workshop information, fill in the Workshop name, Phone, Contact email, Address, City and Tax ID. Click Save changes when done.
Branding and invoices
Under Branding and invoices you customize what your client sees:
- Workshop logo: upload as PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP (max. 2 MB). It appears on every invoice, quote and PDF.
- Workshop stamp / signature: upload it as an image or draw it directly; it's stamped on orders, invoices and delivery notes.
- Website, Invoice terms, Quote terms and a Custom footer.
Fiscal settings
Under Fiscal settings you choose the Country, Business type (Company or Self-employed), the default VAT rate and the Invoice prefix (for example, INV).
VeriFactu and your workshop URL
If your country is Spain, the Verifactu section appears, letting you enable AEAT-verifiable invoicing and upload your digital certificate. See the dedicated VeriFactu guide for setup details.
Your workshop's address (your-workshop.tallerio.app) is shown in the Summary on the right. To change it, write to us at [email protected].
