Tallerio vs GDTaller: two cloud programs, two ways of charging
GDTaller is probably the competitor most similar to Tallerio: cloud, no installation, public pricing and a focus on small and medium workshops. The real difference is in how they charge and what each one includes by default.

Be careful comparing raw prices
GDTaller's entry rate is €19.90/month, but it's advertised without VAT: with 21% applied it comes close to a real €24, practically the same point as Tallerio paid annually. And that rate is limited to one user. As soon as a second mechanic or the receptionist joins, you have to upgrade.
Tallerio doesn't charge per mechanic: the plan depends on the workshop's size, not how many people log in. If your team is going to grow, that's the difference that ends up weighing on the bill.
When to choose GDTaller
- You're a one-person workshop looking for the lowest possible fee.
- You work alone, don't expect to grow, and want the lowest possible monthly cost.
- You manage courtesy vehicles and want a dedicated module.
- You'd rather try a whole month before deciding.
When to choose Tallerio
- You want clients to book appointments online and get automatic WhatsApp alerts without anyone picking up the phone.
- There are several of you at the workshop and you don't want every user to raise the price.
- You want to know which repairs actually give you margin, not just how much you invoice.
- You'd rather see the final published price, without calculating VAT or quarters.

Frequently asked questions
What's the main difference between Tallerio and GDTaller?
Both are cloud platforms with public pricing, so the comparison is direct. GDTaller structures its plans by number of users and employees (1, 5 or unlimited users and 1, 8 or up to 20 employees). Tallerio charges by workshop size with no per-mechanic cost, and includes online booking for the client, automatic WhatsApp updates to the customer and profitability analytics.
Is GDTaller cheaper than Tallerio?
At entry level, yes. GDTaller publishes its Self-employed rate at €19.90/month plus VAT, versus Tallerio's €29/month (€24/month with annual payment). Two details are worth checking: GDTaller's prices are advertised without VAT and billed quarterly, and that entry rate is limited to 1 user.
Do both comply with VeriFactu?
Yes. Both meet VeriFactu and cover TicketBAI for Basque Country workshops; at Tallerio it's included in every plan. Tallerio generates invoices with a chained record, AEAT QR code and official legend built in.
Can I try both before deciding?
Yes, and that's what we recommend. GDTaller offers a one-month free demo. Tallerio offers a 14-day free trial with no card: we set up your workshop in under 24 hours. If you just want to look first, the live demo opens in your browser with no sign-up.
