Tallerio is a cloud platform for running an auto repair shop: clients, vehicles, appointments, service orders, history and team control, from the browser with nothing to install. First things first, something almost no provider tells you on the first screen: today we issue compliant electronic invoicing only in Spain. The detail by country is below.

Where we invoice and where we don't

This is the question that decides whether this page is useful to you, so it comes first and without detours.

In plain terms: outside Spain, Tallerio organizes and runs the workshop, and you keep issuing the fiscal invoice with your local system. For many small workshops that's already the problem they had, because the disorder isn't in the invoice stamping, it's in everything else. For others it's not enough, and it's better to know that now than after paying.

What it solves, in any country

• Appointments and a shared schedule. No more appointments living on one person's phone with nobody else able to confidently answer the phone.
• Digital service orders. Every vehicle with its status and who's responsible, so you know how each one is doing without walking the shop asking around.
• Per-vehicle history. When the client comes back, you see what was done and when. That conversation sells itself, and it's what separates a shop clients return to from one that only competes on price.
• Team control. Who's assigned what and how much workload they're carrying, so you can plan the day sensibly.
• Client alerts and a portal. Fewer "is it ready yet?" calls and same-day pickups.
• Reports. Which jobs make money and which don't, backed by numbers instead of gut feeling.

A note on terminology, in case you came from a different search

This page uses "auto repair shop" throughout, matching the way the term is generally used in English. In Spanish, Spain says taller mecánico and Latin America usually says taller automotriz: it's the same business and the same product, so if you searched using either term, you're in the right place.

What we're not

• We're not an electronic invoicing system outside Spain, as already stated above.
• We don't handle a parts warehouse or inventory.
• We don't include a parts catalog or model equivalences.
• We don't have local phone support in every country. Support is by email, in Spanish, on European business hours.

There are regional alternatives with years of track record in Latin America and local support, and in some cases they'll fit you better than we do. If support in your time zone or local invoice stamping are non-negotiable, start there.

Frequently asked questions

Does Tallerio work in Mexico, Colombia, Chile or Argentina?

Yes for workshop management: clients, vehicles, appointments, work orders, history, team control and reports work the same in any country, because it's a web platform with nothing to install. For local fiscal invoicing, not today: Tallerio issues compliant electronic invoicing only in Spain. In other countries it's used to manage the workshop, and fiscal invoicing keeps being done with the local system.

Does Tallerio issue CFDI for Mexico's SAT?

No. Tallerio doesn't issue CFDI or integrate with a PAC. If you need to stamp your invoices, you'll still need your Mexican invoicing system. We'd rather tell you before you pay than after.

Is it integrated with the DIAN, AFIP or SII?

No, not yet. The electronic invoicing implemented is the Spanish one (VeriFactu, with a chained record and the AEAT QR code). Integration with the Colombian, Argentine and Chilean regimes isn't available and we have no public date for it.

What currency do I pay in?

Plans are billed in euros, from €29 a month (€24 a month with annual billing), with no cost for additional mechanics. The charge works with international cards, but the final amount in your currency will depend on the exchange rate and your bank's fees.

So does it work for me or not?

It works for you if your problem is disorganization: appointments on one person's phone, histories in notebooks, work orders nobody can find, and payments that get forgotten. It doesn't work for you if what you're looking for is a replacement for your local fiscal invoicing system, because we don't cover that outside Spain today.
