to real mechanics

Before writing a single line of code, we talked to dozens of mechanics and workshop owners across Spain. The same scenes came up in every conversation: appointments jotted in a notebook, on a phone, and on a sticky note; jobs delivered unbilled because no one wrote them down; invoices made by hand at eleven at night. And no way to know whether the month had gone well without checking everything by hand. The conclusion was always the same.

The problem was never the mechanics. It was the management.

The software that existed came in two flavors: the old kind, which required a course to learn, and the generic kind, which treated a workshop like an office. None of them followed a vehicle's real journey: the car comes in, gets diagnosed, gets a quote, gets repaired, gets invoiced, gets returned.

So we built Tallerio around that journey, with the rule that anyone at the workshop could use every screen with no training. And with the Veri*factu legal requirement just around the corner, we made it comply with AEAT regulations from day one, not as a separate paid module.
