Minutes, not weeks. Tallerio's flow follows a vehicle's real journey through your workshop: check-in, work order, repair and invoice. Each mechanic only sees what they need for their job.

Not yet. Automatic import from Excel or CSV isn't available, and we'd rather tell you upfront. You can add customers and vehicles from the app in seconds, and each vehicle's history builds itself from its first work order. If you're coming from another program with a lot of records, message us before signing up and we'll look at your case.

No. Tallerio runs 100% in the browser. No installations, no manual updates, no servers to maintain: you always work with the latest version.

Tallerio has a fixed price based on your workshop's size, starting at €29/month (€24/month with annual billing). No per-mechanic fees or hidden features. Check all plans on the pricing page.

Yes, all prices shown include the VAT applicable in Spain (21%). You'll receive a valid invoice every month for your accounting.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your settings panel. Changes apply instantly and the price is prorated automatically.

No. You can cancel anytime from your panel, with no penalties or fine print. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Yes. We offer discounts for workshops that have just opened and for industry associations. Message us and we'll put together a personalized offer.

Yes. Tallerio generates your invoices with Veri*factu's official chaining and QR code and reports them to the AEAT, with no extra work on your part. You invoice as always and the system handles compliance.

Just your digital certificate. You upload it once from your workshop's settings, it's stored encrypted, and from then on every invoice is signed and recorded automatically.

Yes. You create the quote from the work order, the customer approves it, and with one click it becomes an invoice. No retyping anything and no copy errors.

Yes. Invoices go out with your workshop's tax details and branding, as a PDF ready to print or send to the customer by email or WhatsApp.

Your data is yours. We strictly comply with Spanish GDPR regulations. We only store your information to provide the service, and you can export your entire database at any time with a single click.

If you cancel, you have 30 days to export all your customers, vehicles and invoices as CSV or PDF. After that, we securely delete your account.

No. Each employee has their own access with permissions based on their role: mechanics see their work orders, and only the admin accesses billing, pricing and business data.

Your data is safely stored in the cloud, not on a workshop computer that could break down. As soon as the connection comes back, you pick up exactly where you left off, even from a phone on mobile data.

Yes, Tallerio works on any device with a browser: computer, tablet or phone. There's no app to install. Open the browser, log in and manage your workshop from wherever you want.
